Our programmes

Four programmes that carry a child from the street, through care, back to family, school and community.

Programme 01

Residential Care

Offers residential accommodation for children in need of care and protection for a period of six months per child. Within the programme, children are provided:

Nutritious meals
Clothing and bedding
Medical support
School going support and uniform
Counseling (clinical and education)
Behavior modification support
Access to sport and recreation programme
Life skills education

Programme 02

Re-unification Programme

This programme facilitates the re-integration of children living and working on the streets with their families and society. It is also targeted to all children in the residential care

Programme 03

Outreach Programme / Early Intervention Programme

This programme is aimed at reaching out and engaging communities and children about various issues affecting children like:

Child Abuse
Domestic Violence
Children’s Rights
Child Trafficking
HIV/AIDS
Parenting
Sport
Street-work

Programme 04

Aftercare Programme

This programme is targeted to orphans and vulnerable children outside the residential care and it includes:

provision of school going support
provision of medical support
Family education
Provision of other basic child necessities
Life skills program
